Agreement to Terms

• Gift certificate sales

Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirements

Our programs are primarily designed for adults aged 55 and older. We may make exceptions for younger individuals who are retired or approaching retirement.

Registration Process

To participate in our activities, you must:

• Complete the registration process accurately
• Provide current contact and emergency information
• Disclose any health conditions that may affect participation
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions

Health and Safety

Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the risks associated with physical activity
• You participate at your own risk
• You are responsible for your own health and safety
• You will inform us of any health conditions that may affect participation

Medical Clearance

We may require medical clearance for certain activities. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical advice before participating in physical activities.

Emergency Procedures

In case of medical emergency, we will contact emergency services and your designated emergency contact. By registering, you consent to emergency medical treatment.

Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat all staff, volunteers, and participants with respect

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations of our code of conduct.

Payment and Fees

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of registration unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours before an activity may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may receive a 50% refund
• No refunds for no-shows
• We reserve the right to cancel activities due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control
• If we cancel an activity, you will receive a full refund or credit

Gifts

• Gifts are non-refundable
• Gifts may be transferred to another person
• Unused portions of Gifts do not expire
• Gifts are valid only for activities available at the time of use

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Photography and Media

We may take photographs and videos during activities for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Post Retirement Activities shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for services
